We take most credit cards - order online with confidence. Our Cart system is administered by CCNow using their secure server. This service provides multiple currency choices.

UK Ordering

We also welcome Sterling Personal Cheques, Postal Orders or Bankers Drafts. When utilising personal cheques, goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared.

To use this method of payment, you MUST your list of chosen merchandise, in advance, to enable us to confirm availability and total costs in Sterling.

Shipping

Sleek'n Chic will NOT be responsible for lost, stolen or non-delivered parcels.   Refunds will not be given for parcels not received.

All UK parcels are shipped via Royal Mail, First Class.
All worldwide parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail Airmail.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.

Customs and Import Duties:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Sleek'n Chic does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Note: We have to declare international packages for customs. This is the law, and we follow the law. Contents will be marked clothing and merchandise with value stated as the actual value of items ordered.

Our Guarantee

By offering quality products at low prices, we want you to be pleased enough to return to make many future purchases. We do everything possible to give you all the necessary information including sizing and a clear product description to help you order the correct item(s).

If you are unsure then please ask questions before ordering. Vintage items are by their nature old (duh!) They sometimes have signs of long-term storage. We thoroughly check every item, clearly noting anything that might affect the appearance or wearability. We even point out grubby marks that are very likely to wash out! We do our utmost never to misrepresent items.

Our Returns
Policy

Upon receipt of an item, should you feel that it does not comply with our description, notify us immediately. We will gladly exchange it for another (stock permitting), or for an alternative item of your choosing. In either case you must return the item to us within 10 days, with a written description of the problem. When returning for exchange, postage must be included with return item. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless exchanged for item/s of equal or greater value.

Returns must be in their original condition, in suitable packaging. For obvious reasons we are unable to accept nylons once they have been taken out of their packs or worn. Sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
