What a gorgeous garment! We've never seen one of these before and we only have one available. This beauty comes to you from Regina and is from a defunct lingerie shop in France. This bra has cone-shaped lightly padded cups with underwires. The entire body is a of a parachute-type nylon with the black and white checkerboard look on the cups - the rest of the body is black. The top edge of the cups has a picot tipped floral lace trim and the center front has a nylon rosette with 2 pearls in the center and 2 ribbons coming down (this adornment is not visible in the photos as it too is black). The adjustable, ribbon straps have a shine to the top and a grosgrain appearance on the underside. This garment closes on the back where you will find a 1¼" wide, 3¼" long elastic strap with divided sections so you can slip it into the metal slip-hook to adjust to your size for a comfy fit. This is a truly collectible vintage garment. Condition appears to be new and unworn however it does have a few storage marks from being in a shop storeroom for 50 years! We think these might just rinse out but they certainly don't take away from the beauty and uniqueness of this garment.
